Review: Acer Iconia Tab A500 Hands On
Apr 28, 2011Yesterday was the US release date for the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer, but ASUS forgot to mention that the Transformer wasn’t actually going to be in stores, but rather available for pre-order. Thanks ASUS. Now, since I was so hyped up waiting to get my hands on the Transformer, and then suffering gadget geek disappointment when I couldn’t, I decided to do the next best thing. I bought an Acer Iconia Tab a500 to see how that stacked up. If the Transformer actually does hit stores within the next couple of weeks, I’ll pick up one of those too and compare them for you all. Until that happens, we’ll have some fun with my new Iconia Tab together. Overall I have to say I’m very pleased with my first real Honeycomb tablet, as previously I only had the rooted Nook Color running the Honeycomb Preview image to satisfy my Honeycomb sweet tooth. There are things I really like about the Iconia Tab, and a few that could be a little better, but we’ll get to all that. Let’s dive right in!

I need a car charger for the Asus-G60 series, i am not sure but i think it's a HP?
Q: The name says it all. But I get it from Best Buy, if that helps.
A: There is no such thing as a car charger for your laptop.
Do you know why?
Because your car puts out a DC 12 volts, and the laptop is running on 18 or 19 volts DC.
What you need is a power inverter.
- Title says it all, or not. You will be asked to be charged? The ASUS is the brand of their own HP. But you should be able to grab the charger from Bestbuy or through international support for ASUS ASUS branded one.
