По словам С.Л. Бондаренко, директора по информационным технологиям ЗАО «Парфюм», общее впечатление о ходе работы после внедрения ОПТИМУМ ГИС положительное. Руководители отделов довольны тем, что появилась возможность отслеживать местонахождение торговых представителей в рабочее время, более эффективно распределять их ресурсы, что в конечном итоге привело к повышению производительности труда автоматизированных подразделений.

Коммуникаторы мобильных сотрудников (ASUS P535, ASUS P550, ASUS P526, Gigabyte MW700 и др.) оборудованы встроенными GPS-приемниками, которые определяют координаты и периодически передают их по каналу сотовой связи в офис, где местонахождение и перемещение сотрудников отображается на электронной карте.

С 2007 года в компании развернута и успешно работает Автоматизированная Система Управления Мобильной Торговлей ОПТИМУМ, интегрированная с головной информационной системой. Более 100 торговых агентов ЗАО «Парфюм» реализуют товары FMCG при помощи карманных персональных компьютеров.
