WHAT IT DOES: WHERE gives users a variety of location-specific information available in a single dashboard. More specifically, WHERE features current movie times, restaurants, the location of friends who also use the application, gas prices, weather and a lot more.

A: kinda, they will keep donation new apps and other vendors will keep wraping their software to operate on helio devices.

A: Helio's OS is not windows mobile. If it was more apps would be avalible. The helio OS is of its own.

I be versed this doesnt answer your question much...but dont go with helio..you will save your self alot of in good time always..and MONEY...i tryed one of their phones out...returned it in under a week..
took me over 8 months..to get 340 dollars back... bad object to even consider them ;)
