My Cect i32 is saying "CALL FORBIDDEN" Can anyone help me?

Q: I bought a Cect i32 yesterday and everytime I try to make a call it says "CALL FORBIDDEN" can anyone help me I coulnt find anything in the manual to help me. Also does anyone know how to get songs and movies on the Cect i32.

A: prolly buggy... a lot of the ones from Ebay are like that.. i am guessing it is not really a quadband phone.. also, the D990i Sciphone may be what you need... quadband, and with java so you can add 3rd party apps for free - http://www.chinagrabber.com/index.asp?
