I just got a cect p168+ quad band camera and when i try to open the camera feature it doesnt work.?

Q: The camera says the camera module is not ready and the video says the record failed.

A: These phones are known to have such problems...restore your phone back to factory settings and see if that solves the problem otherwise take it back to from where you've bought it and let them troubleshoot the problem for you!
