what is the difference between an iphone and a CECT QuadBand P168+ GSM CellPhone?

Q: I found this on ebay after searching "tmobile iphone". it seems to have the same stuff as an iphone. does anyone know what the diferences are? it says i get internet, text ect. what would be missing? do i get GPS?

A: Quad band phones are basically World phones supporting all of the GSM bandwidths used by various countries. (850/900/1800/1900)....The cect phone in the Quad band version can easily run on the T-Mobile or Any GSM network without any problems...
