A Holder cannot deliver a Consent without tendering its corresponding Notes or tender its Notes without delivering a corresponding Consent. In conjunction with the tender offer, Poindexter is soliciting consents ("Consents") to the adoption of certain proposed amendments to the indenture governing the Notes to, among other things, eliminate substantially all of the restrictive... ("Poindexter") today announced that it has initiated a tender offer to purchase for cash any and all of its issued and outstanding 8 3/4% Senior Notes due 2014 (the "Notes"). Poindexter may extend the Consent Time without extending the Withdrawal Deadline. , unless extended or earlier terminated (such time and date, as the same may be extended, the "Withdrawal Deadline") but may not thereafter be withdrawn or revoked. The pricing terms for the tender offer and consent solicitation are set forth below.

Q: I have a normal Samsung Flip Phone
and Im buying HTC 8125 Wizard Pocket PC for AT&T Cingular.
will it work if i put the sim card form my first phone to the new one??
Im not sure cuz the new ones a QWERTY???

Well I have a Samsung flip phone too and I just bought a HTC Wizard on eBay today and I am almost positive that any AT&T or Cingular SIM card will work when you switch phones just as long as it's from the same carrier (AT&T) or if it's unlocked.
