A: The Mogul is supposed by Sprint. The Kaiser (Tilt) for AT&T.
The Mogul is a little bit lighter with a bigger screen. But the Tilt has much more internal memory (256mb vs 96mb). The Tilt also has a 3 megapixel camera and the Mogul has 2 megapixel.
Both phones have a qwerty keyboard that slide out, but you can "tilt" the Tilt's screen at an angle.

Kaiser is a GSM and I think the Mogul is the same. They run using CDMA is not compatible.
