Q: My aunt has a Nextel i710 and would like to upgrade to either a BlackBerry 7520 or 7100i since they both are bluetooth and professional grade. I'm thinking that the BlackBerry 7520 is perhaps a better phone than the 7100i. Do you recommend buying a BlackBerry or another phone within the Nextel line-up? Please your honest assessment is very important in making this purchase decision for Christmas. Thank you in advance.

A: I have a 7520 and 7100. 7520 years but has phased out by the edge of blueberry production. I have heard problems with 7100 breaking ball wheels but thats. I do not want to design some, but really like a large screen for navigation in 7520, and mail attributes.

Q: The bluetooth will not send over contacts from the Blackberry, but the Mogul accepts contacts by bluetooth from other carriers (such as Cingular). Is there some kind of computer program I can see the Blackberry contacts to the computer and then transfer that into the Sprint Mogul? I have over 300 contacts on the Blackberry and it will be a pain to move it over by hand...

A: Here's some free software that will let you sync your blackberry contacts over to your computer if you have Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Once you have them in outlook you can use the CD that came with your mogul to sync your new phone with your computer's outlook adress book.
