A new rumor has surfaced concerning a Nokia tablet, with supply chain sources indicating the company could be planning to release a 10-inch, dual-core model running Windows 8 by the end of the year. Quoting sources in the component supply chain, Nokia is said to have a 10-inch tablet running on a dual-core Qualcomm processor in the works, with an expected release window of the fourth quarter this year.
