Man starts fire an hour after being released from jail, officials say

EL CENTRO, CA - An Imperial Valley man is behind bars on suspicion of igniting a fire at an El Centro Palm Tree Nursery. The Imperial County Sheriffs Office says Javier Alberto Delgado was released from jail yesterday and in less than an hour he wondered west of the sheriff's facility to a palm tree nursery where he allegedly started a fire. The Imperial County Sheriff's Office says the fire caused over a million dollars worth of damage. Officials say workers observed the fire being started and tried to confront Delgado but the suspect took off and went to hide in a near by canal under a bridge. Delgado remains in custody at Imperial County Jail on $50,000 bond. They say deputies responded to the scene and Delgado was not compliant.

Q: i just bought a palm centro but in the my centro it says bonus are thoughs free (games etc.) or do they cost money? if so how much?

A: The bonus programs themselves are free, but downloading them would use internet/data, so it would benefit you to have a data plan. But even if you didn't, the overage costs shouldn't be too bad.
