Hello,

I have exactly procure a Reach-me-down Zire 71 for my Old lady (never been against ) but unfortunately the lingo is FRENCH and although I knew that when I purchased it I put on that it would be a selectable election _ Off the target !!

How can I download the ENGLISH kind of the Software – cannot find much on the Palm website. ( no disc with PDA)

On the basis of the Hot Sync- I have downloaded the Desktop understanding Win414EN .exe I am using Vista , and done the first Hotsync using the cradle supplied, and it downloaded all the empty lecture log, etc, including 3 cross-section photos.

I have then tried entering an apply oneself to firstly on Palm Desktop and then secondly on the Handheld and it tells me that the sync was flush, but it does not take the oration that I entered on either the Desktop or handheld ?? so it is not syncing in either course

Any suggestions . I have checked the settings and they seem reprimand.

Any suggestions ???I would like to get this to sync, even if we have to put up with French argot.
