15 ans après le premier Nokia Communicator (9000) commercialisé en 1996, la filiation avec le E7 est indéniable. Le clavier alphanumérique n'est plus dissimulé par un couvercle-écran mais coulisse en poussant horizontalement l'écran tactile. Une opération pas toujours évidente pour un néophyte ou même un expert. Cela dit, la finition de smartphone haut de gamme est exemplaire. Pas le moindre jeu, le coulissement est aussi bon que sur le N97 . L'héritage est manifeste. Il est même double.
De face, le E7 (avec clavier rentré) ressemble au N8 . Clavier déployé, il fait penser à un gros N97 (voir photo). L'affichage est certes incomparable avec une dalle AMOLED de 10cm de diagonale, bénéficiant d'une résolution de 640x360 pixels.

A: are your turning on the "in car" profile.slightly press the on/off button till the profiles apper and scroll down and select "in car" or maybe it "hands free" profile.
- cos its broken mine is fine and stays on.......
